Eric has spent the last 20+ years creating, implementing, and executing process in successful, high growth sales and marketing organizations. He was an early employee at GoldMine Software (now FrontRange Solutions) where he helped them grow to over 1 million users in 5 years, and then moved on to help Neverfail Inc grow from 0 to $20m in revenue in it's first 3 years. In 2010, Eric joined the executive team at ReachForce where he lead sales to 100% growth year over year and a funding round while transitioning from a services company to a software company.
Eric founded SOAR in 2013 and has helped over 20 companies, from $1M-$250M in revenue, accelerate predictable revenue, launch new products and companies, and successfully exit companies. The common theme along the way was the ability to quickly identify how and why a company wins, put a process in place to ensure repeatable success, and align CRM and Marketing Automation technologies to the process - ensuring consistent delivery, success and reportability. Eric lives in Dripping Springs, TX with his Wife and 5 children.
Bruce has spent the last 30+ years driving consistent sales success in high growth technology companies. . Examples include sales leadership roles in Laser Precision going from $1 million to $40M; EXFO from $15M to $150M and helping raise $209M on the IPO roadshow team; for Anritsu he turned around a 4-year sales decline with 30% growth to $180M; at LitePoint Bruce turned declining sales into 9 consecutive record quarters going from $6M to $40M annually and a successful private equity purchase; with Tait he doubled North American Sales with 7X the number of multi-million wins year over year against a
dominant 80% market share leader; and recently as VP Sales Americas at Reflexis Bruce led a SAAS team during a critical 2 year period through the pandemic leading to a $750M acquisition. Throughout his career Bruce has been solicited by CEOs for sales leadership and consulting services to bring clarity to sales strategy and sales process for various demanding technology markets. At SOAR he leads client engagement where he is responsible for client development and delivery while ensuring we exceed customer expectations on every engagement.
